Recommended daily dose Take 1 dose daily. Instructions for use: People using this product for the first time may start with a half dose daily for the first week, gradually increasing to 1 or more full doses several times a day. Between meals: Take ½ to 1 serving of Xtreme Mass Gainer between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet. Post-workout: Start by taking ½ to 1 serving of Xtreme Mass Gainer 30-45 minutes after exercise to promote recovery. Before going to bed: Take ½ to 1 serving of Xtreme Mass Gainer approximately 45-60 minutes before bedtime to get the nutrients needed for overnight muscle recovery. To make 1 serving, add 334g (5 scoops) of the powder to 660mL of water and blend for 45-60 seconds with a blender. Add some ice cubes and some higher calorie ingredients if desired and blend for a further 30-45 seconds. You can also use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk instead of water for a thicker, creamier, higher calorie shake. Scoop is located inside the packaging.
