Instructions for use: Take up to 4 servings per day. To prepare 1 serving, add 3 scoops (30g) of powder to 300mL of water or other beverage of choice. Alter the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste. For a richer, more intense taste, use 250mL of water. For a milder taste, use 350-400mL of water. Shake well for about 5 seconds. Scoop is located inside the container.
