Ingredients
Vitargo® (Waxy maize starch) (96%), Acidulant (Citric acid), Flavourings, Colour (Carotenes), Sweetener (Sucralose), Safflower and lemon concentrate.
May contain traces of milk, soy, egg and gluten.
Instructions for use: To prepare 1 serving, add 2 scoops (74g) of powder to 200mL of water in a shaker or bottle. Mix vigorously for 30 seconds. Add another 300-400mL of water and shake again. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste. Scoop is located inside the packaging. Before training: Take 1 serving (74g) at least 1 hour before training. During training: For workouts longer than 2 hours, take 1 serving (74g) per hour. After training: Take 1 serving (74g) after intense or prolonged training.
With sweetener. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly closed in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
